This wonderful Made In England metal tray depicts a young mother (or older sister) and child with a landscape in the background, reminiscent of the Italian style of painting portrayed by the old masters. Decorative painting around the rim contrasts nicely, preventing the image from becoming too sentimental. Made in Englalnd by The Metal Manufacturing Tray Co., Ltd. in London, it is in good condition on the front with very minor spots and scratches (most only visible closeup or in a certain light). There are scratches of a greater degree on the back froom use. There is still a label attached to the back. Still a lot of use left to this wonderful tray. Great for the den or behind the bar.
